I can teach you how to meditate, or we can practice yoga together. I can offer guidance about how yoga can boost your immunity, steady your nervous system, and lift your spirits. You can deliberately connect to that deep part of yourself that is undisturbed by the changing circumstances of life. That is one of the precious gifts of a yoga practice!
Along with Freedom Yoga and Online Yoga Classes, I also work one-on-one with students who would like to practice in a private setting, or work on specific issues. I can cater a class specifically to your exact needs, and move at a pace just for you.
Private sessions are held online, over Zoom.
