I can teach you how to meditate, or we can practice yoga together. I can offer guidance about how yoga can boost your immunity, steady your nervous system, and lift your spirit. You can deliberately connect to that deep part of yourself that is undisturbed by the changing circumstances of life. That is one of the most precious gifts of a yoga practice!
Private sessions are held online, over Zoom, or in person in Grand Junction at my home studio. I can also come to your home or work in the area.
